Ana from Yucatán who was our waitress during Mexican night was a delight. Guadalupe and Andy were always ready with our drinks and food during our many hours on the beach. Cain who deals with Entertainment was a joy. Roberto who was in charge of building 15 where we stayed was super accommodating. The moment we arrived the Bellmen greet you with a smile. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The food was delicious from the restaurants to the buffets. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. This was our first time visiting Playa Del Carmen and we had a wonderful time.
